The Iloilo Food and Beverage Expo (IFBEX), now rebranded as MAFBEX Iloilo, celebrates Western Visayas' rich culinary heritage while championing the region's freshest and most innovative F&B products. 

Now in its 3rd edition and scheduled for July 17–20, 2026, at the Iloilo Convention Center, this expo recognizes the undeniable revitalization of the region's F&B scene. Long known for its culinary traditions, Iloilo serves as the cultural heart of Panay Island with its renowned cuisine including La Paz batchoy, pancit molo, and seafood specialties. 

The event features comprehensive programming including the IFBEX Culinary Cup, interschool competitions, franchise opportunities, organic produce showcases, and business-to-business networking. Co-located with PHILBEX Iloilo and TLEX, this tri-expo format maximizes exposure across construction, travel, and F&B sectors, attracting over 15,000 participants and 400+ exhibiting firms.
