Now in its 3rd edition and scheduled for July 17–20, 2026, at the Iloilo Convention Center, this expo recognizes the undeniable revitalization of the region's F&B scene. Long known for its culinary traditions, Iloilo serves as the cultural heart of Panay Island with its renowned cuisine including La Paz batchoy, pancit molo, and seafood specialties.
The event features comprehensive programming including the IFBEX Culinary Cup, interschool competitions, franchise opportunities, organic produce showcases, and business-to-business networking.
