Ventauso Business Support Group Co. is a specialized Brand Representation, Partnership Brokerage, and Market Entry Facilitation group that helps foreign and local businesses introduce their products into the Philippine market — and eventually into the wider Southeast Asian region.
We act as the manpower, market entry strategist, and local face of your brand — placing your products where they matter: the right events, the right rooms, with the right people.
Our goal is to catalyze growth for startups, manufacturers, and product owners who are ready to expand but lack the in-market presence to make it happen. Whether your support is government-funded, venture-backed, or privately owned, we represent your brand like it’s our own.
Our Primary Purpose
To engage in providing comprehensive technical and business support services including but not limited to IT support, database management, software development, human resources management, marketing and sales support, procurement and supply chain management, research and development, customer service, and office administration.
The company also assist foreign and local businesses in importation-related processes and facilitate the identification and onboarding of local distributors and market partners.
Origins and the Core Members
Founded in 2022, Ventauso is an innovation-driven organization dedicated to helping businesses modernize through digital transformation and automation. In 2023, it was accepted into a government-supported development program under DOST-PCIEERD, CDO B.I.T.E.S., and the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP).
Guided by the mission of DOST-PCIEERD under the 16th Administration, Ventauso was established to support the Philippine innovation ecosystem—empowering local enterprises to adopt emerging technologies, improve operational efficiency, and become active participants in the digital economy.

Dave is the driving force behind Ventauso’s achievements and the Co-Founder of Powerbot Philippines Inc., one of the country’s leading robotics companies.
With deep expertise in market entry and business development for emerging technologies, he has helped over 40 foreign brands establish distribution in the Philippines—securing both exclusive and non-exclusive deals, and generating over USD 1 million in initial product orders.
Reynaldo Arces

With over 15 years of experience in customer relations and account management, Reynaldo oversees and nurtures partnerships with foreign companies. His work ensures smooth coordination and lasting relationships with international partners, helping bridge global opportunities for local execution.
